Presented is a beautifully crafted pair of 800 purity silver spoons from around the turn of the century. This set is definitely continental European and is most likely Dutch but possibly German. The back of each bowl is decoratively cast with an ornate shield divided into four fields with horsemen and animals. The handles are cast in an openwork form and the tops show a woman holding up a crown. This set has been tested and is guaranteed to be at least 800 purity silver.
This set is in excellent condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs. Each spoon measures 5 5/8 inches long and the combined weight of the pair is 71 grams or 2.5 ounces. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution.
