Dutch 833 Pierced Silver & Crystal Glass Decanter/Vine Ewer Circa 1894 of ovoid shape tear-drop form, Antique Dutch 833 reticulated silver mounted in crystal glass decanter/vine ewer Circa 1894, the glass body hand blown with ascending swirling design, the silver base ornamented with pierced criss-cross design, continues running floral foliage & bird motifs. Top silver lid hand chased with rose & scroll-work design, with elaborate'S' shape scroll-work handle, decanter's silver collar decorated with matching floral, scroll-work & water-fall motifs, cantered with long haired face medallion against hand chased matted ground. Overall very good condition, bottom internal base has a glass chip (it sits with-in the silver base frame and visible only after removing the silver stand).
