Antique Silver Netherlands Dutch PKT Watch Fob Seal Chain Chatelaine 120g 1800's

  
I'm not an expert, so this is what I have researched. This is a Dutch piece from the Netherlands. There are a couple of maker's marks and the stamp below the sword has a "19" in the stamp. It has been hand stippled with the initials "HKH" in script. The seal has not been engraved but it has what looks like a "K" and an "M" that has been hand scratched into the surface. Have been unable to zero in on the exact date or maker mark but the workmanship is amazing. This piece weighs 120.6 grams - approx.

4 ounces of 833 silver! 10 1/2" and it measures 1 5/8" wide.

Seal is 1 1/2 wide. It is in very good condition for it's age with tarnish and overall scratches - I do not know what this piece would have attached to or if there was another appendage at the top of the chain.
